I lost my purse during my visit, and multiple staff members, including the manager, Zach Hayes, went above and beyond to help me search for it. I'm embarrassed to admit that I even suggested someone might have taken it, but the staff remained extremely gracious and professional throughout the ordeal. Thankfully, my purse was found on a table. I can't say enough good things about Zach and his team. The fun atmosphere and great games are certainly a highlight, but the standout feature of Start Bar is undoubtedly the amazing staff. Highly recommend this place! ”
